• Adam West:     Right On! ADAM WEST, winners of the Washington Area Music Association's WAMMIE Award for Best Hard Rock Group three years running, are rock and roll's last line of defense in our nation's capital. RIGHT ON! is 12 original tracks of new millenium underground arena rock, inspired by pure adrenaline and a lot of beer. Fronted by singer Jake Starr, winner of WAMMIE Best Hard Rock Vocalist in 1998 and 2000, the band has released 15 singles, an EP and now its third full-length CD since 1993. Steve (no last name, just Steve) and Kevin Hoffman (formerly of Baltimore's The Twin Six) are the guitar team responsible for the in-your-face intensity of tracks like Hot Chocolate and C'Mon and Bludgeon Me. In the rhythm section, Johnny May (bass) and Tom Barrick (drums) keep it low and tight. Think Black Sabbath, The Misfits, and MC5 meets '60s garage punk and you have the five man army of rock known as ADAM WEST.
